After a couple of weeks of having the Pest Repeller Ultimate AT unit center of my home according to the instructions, there was no reduction of bugs in my home. In fact, there was an increase. I then moved the unit closer to my front door in order to position it closer to the area of more infestation, and noticed that this unit actually attracted more flying insects to my front screen door than usual. This unit even excited some bugs to the point that they were squeezing through my screen door and into the home.
After complaining to Good Life about it, they stated that it's not abnormal for more bugs to appear in the home within the first couple of weeks, as they're being driven out of the walls. Since I have a new home, I didn't have a bug problem inside my walls. They didn't have an answer as to why more bugs (especially, flying insects, roaches/beetles, and ants) were being attracted to the unit, but asked me to wait another couple of weeks to see if the situation changes.
They also made the suggestion that the Pest Repeller Ultimate AT shouldn't be the only method that a homeowner uses in order to combat pests. Seems as if they should have said this up front instead of after-the-fact. They also didn't have an answer to my question of whether or not bugs just get used to or ignore the sound that this unit emits.
After waiting another two weeks, and not seeing a reduction of bugs in my home, I unplugged it and sent it back for a full refund. I spent $20 in shipping to get it, and another $5 to send it back (not to mention the electricity it took to run this unit 24 hours/day over the past month). Do yourself a favor - save yourself $25+ and find something else. This unit doesn't work on flying insects, roaches/beetles, or ants.

These do work!!
I purchased the Ultimate AT even though I read a few negative responses. I had severe roach & ant problem. I was desperate. Within 2 weeks of plugging these units in, the roaches & ants were gone! I am so happy with these that I have purchased more units for Christmas presents!!!!

Works great on Ants and Mice!!!
I got my first Ultimate AT about 2 years ago. I moved into an old farm house that had a horrible mouse problem (which I didn't realize until after I'd signed the paperwork). I cleaned up the droppings that were all over the kitchen, and to my dismay they were everywhere again the next day! I typed in "mouse repeller" on google and the Good Life site came up first. I bought just one unit for my kitchen, cleaned up the droppings again, and I never saw so much of a 'speck' again!
My parents had really bad ants at their house in their kitchen and bathroom. I took my Ultimate AT over to their house and plugged it into the hallway between those two areas. Within 24 hours their ants were gone, but my mom wouldn't give the AT back to me so I had to go buy another one. =)
Now I use my Ultimate AT out in my garage of my new home, and it really helps keep the mice and spiders at bay. One day I noticed a large spider web out in the garage, I was so upset... I looked up and realized that someone had unplugged my AT (the landlord had been there earlier doing yard work and he needed the outlets). Seeing the spider web that developed when the unit wasn't plugged in really showed me how well my AT works! I bought one more I keep in my kitchen, to keep ants out in the spring and summer. I love these things!

Works great on ants!
Bought a few of these to get rid of ants in my bathroom and kitchen. Shipping was lightning fast, and within a week and a half the trail of ants was completely gone. Didn't bother my 1 year old cat either!
