Customer Rating: - big price cheaply made
I bought this product for my wife and inlaws. Everyone that uses it loves it. Looks stylish and funtional but made very cheaply. As some others also pointed out that I was reading. There are other options out there but none as nice or funtional. I would recommend this product to anyone who owns a laptop. I would only ask that Rain Design makes it a little better for the money. I can just see those rivets comming out and me having to frankenstien it back together. I live to go to the hardware store.

Aluminum is a heatsink for the MacBook Pro and the Powerbook, so adding another layer of it in the form of a lap desk is the way to go. iLap comes with rubber feet to preserve your laptop feet. I had a lot of carpal tunnel issues in the wrist and arm so I need ergonomic solutions. Well I am pain free thanks to the iLap and a Logitech Marble Mouse.

I had one of these for an older Dell and ordered this one specifically for a 15" Macbook Pro and couldn't be happier. It makes using the laptop at my desk or in the bed much easier. Heat is no longer a problem and with the silicon stickies the laptop doesn't move on this thing. Highly Recommended.
