Customer Rating: - It needs more letters
This is a fantastic product. It's very robust and well made. I could use another set of letter wheels, but if you can't find a combination with a reasonable four letter word, you're not trying hard enough. Not that I should complain - mine's currently using all numbers.

Customer Rating: - Easy to use & secure.
The lock is super easy to set up and easy to remember your combination. OK it won't be a long word but at least YOU set it up and change the combination anytime you need to. it is NOT a SUPER high security lock (not recommended for locking your store front gate or your bike but the lock can't be slim jim open. You need the combination to open AND CLOSE the lock (not a snap lock) The to set the combination, remove the cap where the shackle goes into the lock, the wheels will come out and place in the new combination with the assorted wheels. can be combine with other Master Lock 1534D Wheels of different colors if you choose to do so (assuming that you have purchase other color locks)

Customer Rating: - Don't buy - the combo changes unexpectly and its CHEAP!
Don't buy this lock. Its cheap and literally falls apart and the combo changes.

I bought this lock to lock up my new shed. When its open you can remove the end piece and change the combonation. The problem is, is that the end piece literally 'falls off' if you mishandle the lock even slightly. Unless you are _very_careful_ this can also unexpectedly change the lock's combination to something you won't know.

I've had this happen twice. Once it change 1 number and I thought 'ok, so I'll have to be careful' and I was. But now it changed again. I don't know what to - I've tried everything 'close' to the combo I set.

Now I have a shed with my lawnmower and most of my tools in it which I can't open. I'm probably going to have to call a locksmith or buy a tool to cut the lock off.

On the other hand its so cheaply made I might be able to simply pry it apart with a screwdriver.

Masterlock quality has obviously nosedived.

Customer Rating: - Perfect for gym lockers
This lock is perfect for standard gym lockers. It easily fits through the locker hole and the distinct color/shape makes it easy to find my locker.

This unit is heavy and locks securely unlikely some of the cheapo flimsy locks.
